RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the product.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the issue
  • Your order number

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

WRONG SIZE OR BUYER’S REMORSE

Since each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns due to size issues or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing charts before placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make changes or stop the process.
